My work has been recognized by the Virginia Press Association with multiple awards in reporting, photography and design.
I'm proficient in both AP and Chicago style. As for my qualifications in the beer industry, I became a Certified Cicerone in 2010 and ran DRAFT Magazine's beer review panel for 5 years.
I also play the piano, but not well enough to brag about it, so disregard this last bit.

DRAFT VIDEO CONTENT
I DIY'D video content for DRAFT Magazine, which basically involved me setting up a camera and producing, writing and editing the projects. They varied from reader Q&As to Beer Reviews to Interviews with brewers (this was before FB Live and such were available). Although DRAFT is currently on hiatus, you can see some of the videos I created on YouTube @DRAFTMAG.
